The Hospital Birth class is 6 sessions specifically developed for those who are choosing to birth in a hospital setting. This class gives you the necessary knowledge and the confidence to help you make informed decisions as your birth unfolds. This class gives you SO much more information, tools, and preparation than the average hospital class. It is designed to set you and your partner up for success!
Topics that are specific to this birth place are covered, such as induction, policies that impact your birth, and epidurals. This class also covers the stages of labor, comfort measures, relaxation, natural ways of handling pain, and tips & tricks for partners.
This series can be booked in private or group settings.
Price includes 6 in persons sessions. Each session is approximately 2.5 hours long.
